NYI Camps are specifically designed for youth ages 10-14 (5th- 7th grade) within the Nashville area. Campers will come from Metro-Nashville Public Schools and clusters. The camp will have law enforcement mentors that will be involved in the athletic activities of the camp, and volunteers and tutors will focus on the academic aspect of the camp. The NYI Camp will provide campers with an exciting, active, and engaging summer experience with academics and sports activities that are diverse such as Football, Basketball, Baseball, Lacrosse, Soccer, and Tennis, while also honing essential life skills such as
Public Speaking, literacy, and learning more about cultural diversity and awareness.
